"Sixteen years into my marriage, separation hit me like a truck. Being told my wife was going to file for divorce shattered me. I went from confused and unstable to completely spiraling. I’m sleeping almost seven hours again.
I’ve gained healthy weight back.

I spend time with God throughout my day.
I show up different in a good way.
When I walk in the house and shut my phone off, my kids run to hug me — and I’m fully present.
